Blue Men Technology offers a range of flexible deployment options, so you can select the approach that is right for you. Whether you want to deploy your our solution in-house, or on a hosted or on-demand basis, we’ll work with you to deliver the best possible result.
We can install and manage the 3rd party applications for you at your data centre, and provide the application maintenance required to keep your system running smoothly. You’ll benefit from rapid deployment, 24/7 access (subject to maintenance windows), periodic software updates, secured access and full service backup.
You can choose a standard implementation - a virtually out-of-the-box solution that can be deployed very radidly. Alternatively, if your needs are more complex we can work with you to configure or customise your system to fit your precise requirements.
InHouseWith the in-house option, the software is installed and managed at your own data center. You’ll have control over the physical deployment of your software, but still benefit from the ease of deployment, low maintenance overheads and robust application security offered by our web-based systems.
Dedicated application support With either option, you’ll have the same access to our application support services, including a dedicated help desk, 24/7 online call logging and tracking and a complete range of professional services designed to ensure that you get the most out of your investment with us.
